A post-doc position is available in the group.
Project. The lab's goal is to better understand the biology of mononuclear phagocytes (dendritic cells, macrophages and monocytes) in health and pathology, in order to manipulate these cells for disease treatment, in particular for cancer and inflammatory diseases. Projects are available on the topic of macrophage properties in tissue repair and of monocyte differentiation. Details will be disclosed to selected applicants.
Candidate profile. We are looking for a qualified, intellectually curious and highly motivated candidate holding a Ph.D. in biology, preferably in immunology. Familiarity with the following techniques will be an advantage but is not mandatory: flow cytometry, cell culture, transcriptomics and in vivo experimentation in mouse. Strong organizational and communication skills and independence are essential. Written and spoken English is mandatory. Salary will be dependent on diploma and experience (according to French regulation).
